PDF Real Estate Consulting, LLC (PDFREC) has been providing inspection services to our clients since 2001.  Douglas Frazier spent more than 12 years working inside the banking industry as a Construction Risk Administrator/Manager.  PDFREC understands the needs of the construction lender, investor as well as the first time home buyer.
